Tasks include:

  1. Conduct an onsite inspection of building for familarisation and take on site measurements.
  2. Calculate building areas.
  3. Apply relevant  replacement costs to the development.
  4. Calculate the estimated reinstatement  and replacement costs of  improvements.
  5. Calculate an amount to provide cost escalation during the design and reconstruction period.
  6. Calculate an amount for additional professional fees.
  7. Calculate an amount for demolition of the improvements and the removal of the debris.
  8. Provide an insurance valuation report to the owners corporation in accordance with Division 6, Section 59 of the Owners Corporation Act 2006
