Industrial property Valuation

Tasks include:

 

  1. Conduct an onsite inspection of buildings for familarisation and take on site measurements. This includes a walk around the inside and outside of the property.
  2. Calculate building areas.
  3. Conducting a full inspection  utilsing a range of resources.
  4. Apply relevant  information to property
  5. Calculate the comparable sales
  6. Perform other research necessary to form an opinion as to the value.
  7. Provide a current market value in accordance  with the rules and regulations of the Australian Property Institute
